Stacey Ray is the founder and visionary behind Sisterhood Travels, a trailblazing women-only tour company designed for women aged 45 and over. With a personal travel resume spanning more than 90 countries, Stacey has transformed her lifelong passion for exploration into a powerful movement—one that empowers women to embrace life, adventure, and meaningful connection.

After the unexpected loss of her husband in 2017, Stacey made a conscious decision not to let grief define her story. Instead, she created a space where women could heal, grow, and rediscover themselves through the transformative power of travel. Sisterhood Travels now connects over 44,000 women across the U.S. and Canada, offering curated, immersive journeys that are safe, supportive, and unforgettable.

Stacey personally designs most of the itineraries, each one thoughtfully crafted to inspire confidence, cultural connection, and sisterhood. In 2025, she launched her podcast, Stacey Ray Unfiltered, extending her mission beyond travel to help women turn life’s detours into new destinations.
