Karen founded Riverside College Coaching because she is passionate about helping college students achieve their academic and career goals. She coaches college students who are having difficulty succeeding with college-level academics due to ADHD or other executive function challenges.
Prior to founding Riverside, Karen spent 30 years at Harvard University, where she taught courses, led programs, and advised undergraduates through both their academic and personal journeys. At Harvard, she served as Associate Dean of the Summer School, Resident Dean in Harvard College, Director of Undergraduate Studies, and Lecturer.
Drawing on her extensive higher education expertise, Karen helps students at a wide range of schools navigate university systems, tackle challenging assignments, and create weekly plans to stay on top of their academic work.
