Tamara Muñoz-Whilden is a seasoned business operations professional and the founder of Behind the Screens, an online business management agency specializing in helping multi-six and seven-figure entrepreneurs scale with streamlined systems, team optimization, and high-level support.

A first-generation Latina (and eldest daughter) raised in a multi-generational home, Tamara has always had a strong work ethic and big ambitions. She had her eyes set on climbing the corporate ladder, so with an MBA in one hand and a venti iced coffee in the other, she spent nearly a decade managing multi-million-dollar operations. But the corporate grind left her burned out and craving more.

In a single week, she quit her job, bought a house, got married, and went all in on Behind the Screens. Within a year, she built a thriving team, and BTS became a trusted partner for entrepreneurs ready to scale without the chaos.

When she's not working or collaborating with other entrepreneurs, you’ll find her baking sourdough, sipping iced coffee (yes, even in winter), or traveling with her husband and kids.
