Official Rules: Dubsado x Entreprenista Instagram Giveaway

1. Sponsor and Administrator

This giveaway is sponsored by Entreprenista Media, LLC ("Sponsor"), which will also administer the giveaway ("Administrator"). Dubsado is providing one of the prizes and is not a sponsor or administrator of this giveaway.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on September 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on September 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Entreprenista Media, LLC and Dubsado are not eligible to enter.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all liability.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, during the Entry Period, participants must:

1. Follow @entreprenistas and @dubsado on Instagram
2. Comment "Sky" on the designated giveaway post
3. Tag one friend in the comments

Limit one entry per person. Multiple comments or tags from the same account will count as a single entry. Entries made through fake accounts, bots, or any automated means will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

One winner will receive:

• One year of Dubsado (approximate retail value: $525)
• One year of Entreprenista League membership (approximate retail value: $1,497)

Total approximate retail value of prize: $2,022

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around September 10, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or comment reply.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this window, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor and Co-Sponsor permission to use their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Data Use

Information collected from entrants (Instagram handle and any information provided upon winner notification) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be sold to third parties. As part of prize fulfillment, the winner will be required to provide a business email address, which will be shared with Dubsado solely to activate the winner's one-year subscription.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in unsportsmanlike conduct. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway due to circumstances outside its control.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Entreprenista Media, LLC, Dubsado, and Instagram from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
