1. SPONSOR
The Entreprenista Founders Weekend Wealth & Wellness Retreat Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Entreprenista Media, LLC (the “Sponsor”), located at:

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members and household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Base Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the official entry form available at:
https://www.entreprenista.com/giveaway
To enter, entrants must provide the following information:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Business type
- Approximate annual revenue
Upon successful submission, entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Bonus Entries (Optional)
Entrants may earn bonus entries by:
- Following @entreprenistas on Instagram
- Tagging founder friends on designated Founders Weekend giveaway posts
- Sharing giveaway posts in their Instagram story
Bonus entries are optional and not required to enter or win.
Entry Limits
Limit one (1) base entry per person. Bonus entries are limited as determined by Sponsor. Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) General Admission ticket to the 2026 Entreprenista Founders Weekend Wealth & Wellness Retreat
- Three (3)-night luxury hotel stay at PGA National Resort, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
- Glam package courtesy of LYS Beauty
- Lifetime Membership to the Entreprenista League
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,995
Prize Conditions
Prize does not include airfare, transportation, meals, or incidentals. Retreat dates are determined by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
PGA National Resort Restrictions
This certificate will not be extended past the date indicated, is non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted. No portion of the certificate is refundable or transferable nor is it redeemable for cash. This certificate must be presented at check-in or when services are rendered. Room ration and space are based on availability. Blackout dates may apply.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur in mid-January 2026. Odds depend on number of entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified via the email address provided. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. TAXES
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 and require a W-9.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, entrant grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. PRIVACY; DATA SHARING; MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor will collect and use their personal information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, awarding and fulfilling prizes, and for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at:

Sharing with Prize Partners
By entering, entrants expressly consent to Sponsor sharing entrant information — including name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, and revenue range — with PGA National Resort and LYS Beauty, which are providing components of the Prize.
Entrants understand and agree that these partners may use such information for:
- Prize fulfillment and verification
- Retargeting and marketing communications related to their products and services
Entrants may receive promotional communications from Sponsor, PGA National Resort, and/or LYS Beauty as a result of entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any such communication or by contacting the applicable sender directly.
12. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from all responsibility.
13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Entrants release Sponsor and prize partners from liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or entry issues beyond its control.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.
15. WINNER NAME
