Blessing Santoro Puts Founders Back in Control of Their Marketing
The fractional marketing director behind Blissworks Brands rebuilds marketing as a function founders can see, trust, and finally hand off.

A founder lies awake at 2 AM with 3 questions about her marketing: What is my team actually doing today? Am I spending too much? If I take a vacation, does everything stall? Blessing Santoro has built a business around answering them.
Blessing Santoro is the founder of Blissworks Brands, where she works as a fractional marketing director for B2B service founders, typically in the $500,000 to $5 million range. She has been building since 2021, has served more than 250 clients across 12 industries, and is a member of The Entreprenista League. The business grew out of a pattern she could not unsee.
“Marketing is the function founders most want to delegate and can’t. I make it the one she can,” Blessing says.
A copywriting keyboard and a finance degree
Blessing came to this work from directions that rarely meet. She spent years as a copywriter, then moved up to director inside a B2B agency, where she led marketing for 5 years.
“Copy taught me how to make a message land,” she says. “Agency leadership taught me something harder: even great copy couldn’t fix what was actually breaking.”
The businesses she served had a collection of marketing activities held together by the founder’s personal energy, with no internal visibility to make any of it trustworthy or predictable. Founders kept buying strategy, tools, and even great hires, and execution stayed bottlenecked.
She also holds a finance degree, and it shows up every day. “I do the math before the marketing, because a founder should know how funding activity connects to revenue,” she says.
Diagnose, build, lead
Her framework, Diagnose-Build-Lead, comes straight from those years: diagnose what the business needs, build the internal and external systems that make marketing run as an asset, and lead it with rhythm and reporting so the founder can see and trust it. When a client already has marketing leadership, Blessing works alongside CMOs, managers, and agencies to create predictability.
She recently launched The Conduit to Choice, the method she uses as a marketing integrator for founders and CMOs. One client came to her running her entire marketing function on her own, with no way to see what was working. Blessing rebuilt it into self-running systems with a reporting rhythm the founder could trust, and the founder got back 15 hours a week.
“She could step back, and the function kept running,” Blessing says.
Capability that multiplies
Blessing knew the business was working the day clients told her that what she taught them was helping them serve their own clients better. “I was transferring something that kept moving after I left the room,” she says.
That moment turned her focus from the results she could deliver to what she could leave behind, and it is still the standard she measures against. “My wins are clients who serve their own clients better and don’t need me the same way twice,” she says.
The only permission she needed
The hardest part of building Blissworks Brands has been doing for herself what she does so easily for others. Blessing can diagnose a client’s marketing function in a week, and her own business once ran on the same thing she now treats in others: a collection of activities held together by her personal energy.
“That’s where burnout comes from, where feast-and-famine cycles come from, and where growth insecurity whispers that everyone else is moving faster,” she says.
It taught her to double down on what she already knows and to return to the vision she originally had, even when the advice in the room pointed somewhere else. The biggest learning lesson came last. “The only permission to change I ever needed was my own,” she says.
Her motto, “If you can’t change, you can’t grow,” shapes the client work too. She designs marketing with evolution built in, so it can absorb change, compound, and sustain growth as a founder’s market, offers, and pricing shift.
The last open seat at her first event
Blessing arrived at her first Entreprenista event, in West Palm Beach, a few minutes late. There was one table left with a seat. She sat down quickly, and the first person she talked to was Stephanie Cartin, co-founder of Entreprenista.
“That set the tone for me,” she says. “No matter where I was in my journey, I didn’t have to measure up to belong in the room.”
Her advice for aspiring founders follows from that day. “Invest in your relationships: reach out, make the invitation, and check in,” she says. “You’ll be shocked at how quickly relationships and opportunities grow out of those efforts.”
Make It Flow returns in early 2027
In September 2026, Blessing spoke at the Connected Leaders Academy Virtual Conference XI, presenting The Marketing Gap: Making Business Growth More Predictable. Next, she is growing her fractional services and her team as the core of the firm.
In early 2027 she relaunches Make It Flow, a 90-day program in which founders build a repeatable marketing system so they always know where the next client is coming from. Over the long term, she wants to create spaces for girls to learn these skills early, especially in places like the Dominican Republic, where part of her family is from.
