Bobbi Mullins: Marketing Strategist & Content Systems Expert Helping Entrepreneurs Repurpose with Purpose
August 27, 2025
Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business
Hi, I’m Bobbi Mullins — a marketing strategist, content systems expert, and founder of Andy Robson Consolidated.
My course Repurpose with Purpose and my Visibility Engine Intensive are designed to turn your existing content into a growth engine — without the burnout. Beyond that, I’m also the CMO and licensing lead for Keg Buddy, a patented tailgate-friendly cup holder, and the co-founder of an upcoming gifting app designed to make real-time celebration possible, no matter the distance.
I’m passionate about helping people get seen, stay sane, and build brands that last — all while juggling creativity, structure, and a little entrepreneurial chaos.
Who are your customers?
I help creators, founders, and service-based entrepreneurs stop drowning in content chaos and start showing up with strategic visibility through systems that actually work.
What was your background prior to starting your own business?
I've done a wide variety of corporate work- from banking, service coordinating, contract coordination, to customer service. After getting my Bachelors and Masters degrees, I started doing freelance work through a company that connected me with various businesses to help with marketing, social media management, content creation, and websites.
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
Realizing that if I don't bet on myself, who else is going to? I wanted more flexibility and to be able to have more say over my schedule, especially after having children.
Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
I think somewhere deep down I always knew I wanted to build something.
Take us back to when you first launched your business; what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?
When I first launched my business, my marketing strategy was pure scrappy determination. It was joining Facebook groups, trying to be helpful and finding clients that way which then led to referrals.
What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?
My biggest challenge has been the self doubt that creeps in. It is a constant struggle but I've come to realize with growth there are times where you feel uncomfortable because you're stretching and growing.
What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?
The clients that I'm able to help realize that they already have the content they need and can show up online without burning out and trying to do all the things from scratch every day.
Do you have any recent wins from the last year that you'd like to celebrate with our community?
Launching the Repurpose with Purpose course has been a huge accomplishment- one that I would have never imagined possible if not for a helpful community.
What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?
Continued growth and helping business owners achieve visibility while still being able to focus on the things they truly love. Also, I've partnered with a non-profit to work on launching a new gifting app that will go to support an arts center in Texas.
What is your top productivity tip?
You don't have to start from scratch every time you post. Go back and look through your content to find the content nuggets that can be repurposed and used again. This isn't copy & paste, it's taking another perspective on it, or using a quote from it in a new format. So many creators get stuck on a content hamster wheel when there is so much they've done that could free up time.
On the flip side, how do you avoid burnout?
It actually relates lol... by repurposing content that I've written it makes things easier, flow faster and gives me more time back to focus on other things including relaxing
What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?
I believe in building a business that supports my life—not one that consumes it. My approach to work-life integration is rooted in clarity, boundaries, and systems. I structure my days around what matters most—my family, my energy, and my strategic priorities—so I can show up fully without burning out. Balance doesn’t mean doing it all; it means doing what matters, well.
