Galit Fuller Built The Connection Company on Real Relationships

The Los Angeles coach behind The Strive Circle on teaching founders to network with intention.

August 27, 2026

Galit Fuller arrived in the United States from Ukraine on her own at 25 with $800 and no one to call. She built a life, then a business, then a second one, out of relationships she made from scratch. Now she teaches other founders how to do the same thing.

Galit Fuller is a networking and business coach and the founder of The Connection Company, where she teaches founders to network with intention and turn conversations into real business. She is also building The Strive Circle, a Los Angeles networking community, and still runs the insurance agency she opened in 2017. She is a member of the Entreprenista League.

“I’ve always believed that relationships can change the trajectory of your life and your business,” Galit says.

Her path from a new country to a coaching practice came down to one habit she never stopped.

Starting over at 25 with no network

Galit landed in the United States with $800. She had no established network waiting for her, so she built relationships one conversation at a time while figuring out how business works in a country she was still learning.

In 2017, she opened her own insurance agency, which she still runs. That is where she saw what relationships could actually do for a business.

“I experienced firsthand just how powerful relationships and connections can be in creating opportunities, finding support, and opening doors that I couldn’t have opened on my own,” she says.

The chapter that exchanged $400,000 in referrals

As her agency grew, Galit launched and led a chapter of one of the world’s largest business networking organizations. In its first year, the chapter exchanged more than $400,000 in referrals, and she was named Member of the Year.

By the time she launched The Connection Company, her business community already had a name for her: The Networking Queen.

Teaching founders to network with intention

Her clients are attorneys, real estate agents, developers, CPAs, virtual assistants, occupational therapists, coaches, and other service-based professionals. Most of them already know networking drives growth. What they're after is a way to do it that goes beyond collecting contacts.

“I teach entrepreneurs how to network with intention, build genuine relationships, communicate their value, and turn connections into real business opportunities, without the awkwardness or pressure that networking can sometimes create,” Galit says.

The results show up in places a business plan does not cover. Galit has watched clients open new businesses, grow to levels they once thought were out of reach, buy homes, travel more, and spend more time with their children. “Knowing that the work we do together creates change that reaches far beyond their business is what makes me the proudest,” she says.

A networking community where members show up

The Strive Circle is 10 months old and has 35 members. It runs twice-monthly online meetings and monthly in-person gatherings around Los Angeles, and Galit interviews people before they join to make sure the values line up.

“I wanted to create a different kind of networking community, one where people genuinely support one another, talk about what’s really happening in their businesses, celebrate each other’s wins, and show up when someone needs help,” she says.

What’s next for The Connection Company

Galit has a win she cannot fully discolse yet. She was selected as Businesswoman of the Year through a global, jury-led excellence awards program, with the announcement coming in December.

Over the next few years she plans to grow The Connection Company, expand The Strive Circle into additional chapters, and take on more speaking, where she can talk about building multiple businesses after arriving in a new country with nothing.

Ideas are not her constraint. “I have about 5 business ideas before breakfast,” she says. Success, for her, is measured in the life the business makes possible. She wants the freedom to travel, time with her daughter and her parents, and the room to help others reach their potential.
