Julie Praline Puts a Fractional CFO in Women Founders’ Corner

After 20 years on Wall Street and in corporate finance, she helps women founders plan their business money and their personal wealth together.

October 12, 2026

One of Julie Praline’s clients could not even look at her own bank account. Within 6 months, she had paid off 7 credit cards. Of everything Julie has done in business, this is what she is most proud of.

Julie Praline is a fractional CFO, the founder of The Wealth Visionnaire, and a member of the Entreprenista League. She spent 20 years in corporate finance and as an investor managing billions in the stock market. Now she puts that experience to work for women founders.

Running every scenario for women founders

“I bring discipline into your corner, so you can stop guessing and start maximizing your business money.”

Her clients are women founders, and she works on their business money and their personal wealth together. Through her private CFO partnership, the Prosperity Portal, she sets up how money moves between a founder’s business and personal accounts. She reviews margins, owner pay, and reserves, and she builds forecasts with each client so they understand every number. She also uses Sacred Money Archetypes to understand how each client is wired around money.

Hires, investments, and expansion plans get modeled before anyone commits. The point is to grow personal wealth “with the same intention you bring to everything else in your business,” Julie says.

Clients can start wherever they are. “There are no silly questions, and the simplest ones often lead to the biggest insights,” she writes on her website.

Courses first, then coaching, then CFO work

Julie built her career on Wall Street and in corporate finance. Over 20 years, she managed money for pension funds, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices, and she has been invited to speak on executive financial leadership, capital strategy, and scaling sustainably.

She always knew she wanted to be a founder, and she built The Wealth Visionnaire in stages. First came investing courses online, then work as a money coach, and now her practice as a fractional CFO and finance expert.

Her reason for the leap is specific. She wants to help women grow their wealth “so they can create a greater positive impact in the world,” she says. She describes her role as “the advocate I wish I’d had years ago.”

A bank account for every job

Her most practical tip starts with structure. “Have more than one bank account, and each one has a unique role to play,” Julie says. She likes to see all of her accounts in one place.

Keep going while the results catch up

“Keep going even when you don’t see results yet,” Julie tells aspiring founders. Her own learning lesson is just as direct: be more active from day one.

Building a finance team from A to Z

Today, her CFO work sits alongside a founder’s own bookkeeper and tax advisor. Next, Julie wants to grow The Wealth Visionnaire into her full-time work and hire a full team for Finance A to Z, starting with a bookkeeper, a tax strategist, and a financial advisor.

You can follow Julie on LinkedIn, keep up with The Wealth Visionnaire on its company page, and find her fractional CFO services, the 90-minute Money Map session, and a free Wealth Gap Assessment at thewealthvisionnaire.com.
