Coach female founders to finish the high-impact projects that they postpone!

What accomplishments are you the most proud of to date in your business?

I'm proud of the relationships that I've built and sustained. The consistency of staying in touch with colleagues and introducing like-minded people based on my intuition (so fun for me).

Take us back to when you launched? What was your marketing strategy?

I had to leave corporate twice before I really left! The first time I launched my business (before I turned one of my clients into a J-O-B again during the 2009 recession), I started with a website and networking. So no, it did not go as planned; my husband and I were both self-employed. I went back to corporate for the stable income. The second time (six years ago), I went for relationships and revenue first! Target market interviews, networking, and referrals. Got the revenue flowing in on very low overhead and then added in the branding, website, social media, newsletter, and contracted team.

What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?

Carve out some time because you are going to meet some amazing women.

What did you go before starting your own business?

20 Years in corporate - Executive Vice President, VP of Operations & Chief of Staff

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

The desire for time and financial freedom.

Do you have any recent wins?

In addition to my group and 1:1 coaching, I've just launched The Ease Community - a Productivity Community with a Spiritual Edge

Who are your customers?

Female founders are putting high-impact projects on the back burner while today’s demands pull at their focus.

What's your top productivity tip?

Start with the task that you are resisting. Break it down into 15-20 minute chunks. Set a timer! Close all your browsers and put your phone in airplane mode. We've lost the art of focus, but if you do a few power bursts like this each day on the things that you normally resist, you will feel great!

What's your favorite business tool?

Copper CRM - the fact that it syncs with Gmail is a game-changer.

What's your approach to work-life balance?

I much prefer to shoot for work/life integration. My approach is to manage my energy like it's a full-time job, and the integration takes care of itself.

How do you avoid burn-out?

Working out, lots of walks, breathwork, and meditation

What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?

Go to the group events and follow up with the people you meet. Lean into supporting others.
