Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business
I started my retreat company with the goal of introducing friends across the globe to all of the illustrious beauty and ancient wisdom that Peru has to offer. I strive to achieve this each day by offering a range of exciting, educational, and well organized retreats designed to meet your travel needs and desires. But more importantly, to treat travelers as I would have liked to have been treated and to pay reputable guides a fair wage for their knowledge and skills.

What was your background prior to starting your own business?
Teacher
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
I wanted to travel.
Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
Yes!
What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?
Getting customers. There is a better way: referrals.
What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?
Sticking with it through COVID.
Do you have any recent wins from the last year that you'd like to celebrate with our community?
Overjoyed customers. Finding the right people to work with.

Get up early.

No working when I am not in the right energy.
What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?
Have a set time for both.
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
You have to get involved.
What's the one app on your phone you absolutely cannot live without and why?
Games. I like to take a break and play some games on my phone.
What is your favorite business tool or solution and why?
Zoom. I love to get face to face with people.
What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?
Start small. It will be harder than you think.
