Meena Puri Helps Women Heal Emotional Patterns at the Root

June 25, 2026

For more than 30 years, Meena Puri kept seeing the same pattern play out. People would gain insight, feel better for a while, and then slowly slip back into the very habits they thought they'd left behind. The overwhelm crept back. The people-pleasing crept back. The anxiety crept back. That repeated observation became the foundation of her life's work.

Meena Puri is the creator of the Root Healing Method, author of The Relationship Illusion, and founder of Ayurvedic Healing Center. She helps women identify and heal the unconscious emotional patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of overwhelm, people-pleasing, anxiety, burnout, and painful relationships. A member of the Entreprenista League, Meena draws on decades in personal transformation, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, meditation, and Ayurveda. Her approach is built on a simple conviction: lasting change happens from the inside out.

"Lasting change doesn't come from trying harder. It comes from identifying and healing the patterns driving their experience," Meena says.

Here is how a long career in wellness became a methodology for change that holds.

The pattern she could not stop seeing

Meena did not set out to be an entrepreneur. Her focus was always helping people, and the business grew as a natural extension of that.

For nearly 20 years she owned and operated a yoga studio. She taught in corporate settings, hospitals, chronic pain clinics, schools, and community organizations. Across all of it, one question kept pulling at her. Why do people repeat the same emotional experiences even after they understand them?

Traditional wellness models gave knowledge and temporary relief. They rarely reached the thing underneath. Meena wanted to do deeper work than those models allowed, so she built her own.

Healing at the root

The Root Healing Method came out of that frustration. Rather than managing symptoms, it works to identify and heal the emotional patterns that drive them.

Her clients are intelligent, high-functioning women who look successful from the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck repeating the same struggles in relationships, work, and life. Many have spent years in therapy or personal development and are looking for something that addresses the root cause.

The work combines emotional healing, nervous system regulation, meditation, and Ayurveda into one approach. It is designed for change that lasts, not relief that fades.

The transformation she is proudest of

Ask Meena what she is most proud of, and she does not name a book or a program first. She names her clients.

"Watching someone move from years of emotional pain, confusion, and self-doubt into confidence, peace, and genuine freedom is incredibly rewarding," she says.

The professional milestones matter too. Creating the Root Healing Method and publishing The Relationship Illusion, her book on the unconscious patterns that keep people stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics, each represent years of work on a single question: how lasting change really happens.

The lesson that took time to learn

Meena built her business through organic growth and relationships rather than outside capital. Early on, her marketing was word-of-mouth, teaching, speaking, and trust built one person at a time. It moved slowly, and it built a loyal client base and a strong reputation.

Still, there was something she wishes she had understood sooner.

"Building a successful business requires learning how to communicate your value, not just becoming great at your craft," she says. "Expertise is important, but people need to understand how your work solves a problem before they can benefit from it."

For her, sustainable growth comes from knowing your clients, your value, and your numbers, rather than chasing speed for its own sake.

What's next

Meena plans to keep expanding the reach of the Root Healing Method through speaking engagements, books, retreats, online programs, and partnerships. She is also growing her educational content and live events, with a recently published third book and a widening set of podcast appearances bringing the work to new audiences.

Her advice for women still waiting to begin is direct. "Don't wait until everything is perfect before you begin. Start where you are, stay committed to learning, and keep showing up consistently." She has watched enough founders to know the path is rarely straight. The ones who make it stay committed to the vision while staying flexible about how they get there.
