Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

No, definitely not

Are you a mamaprenista?

I am. Just remember that your actions and behaviors are teaching your kids more than anything you say.

Take us back to when you launched? What was your marketing strategy?

Webinars and LinkedIn. They have worked to some degree but their effectiveness isn't consistent.

What accomplishments are you the most proud of to date in your business?

Reaching thousands through public speaking. I was a mouse when it came to speaking before. Toastmasters helped me grow tremendously in my confidence and skills. Still learning and want to get better.

What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?

I just started it so not sure at this point

When hiring, what is your go-to interview question?

How can you use your strengths to make a big difference to this organization?

What did you go before starting your own business?

25 year career as a CPA in various corporate roles

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

Work wasn't fulfilling. I wanted to make an impact on people personally, not just handle their books or taxes.

Do you have any recent wins?

Paid keynote in front of my target audience

What's one app on your phone that you cannot live without?

Calendar first then email since I receive most communication through these two apps

Who are your customers?

Experienced analytical leaders —especially in accounting and finance—who feel stuck or held back by self-doubt and want greater confidence, presence, and leadership impact.

What's your top productivity tip?

Don't overcommit; build breathing room in your schedule.

What's your favorite business tool?

That's tough. Probably my CRM because it stores everything!

What's your approach to work-life balance?

It's not been the best, honestly. Commit to certain activities with your family or by yourself

How do you avoid burn-out?

Listen to yourself and take breaks when you need it

What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?

Make sure you have a burning desire/passion for what you do. You will need that to sustain you when you have challenges to overcome.
