Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business
As a Sociologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and entrepreneur, I help women unlearn inherited limits and step boldly into spaces previously denied to them. I guide them to shape their lens with truth, justice, and deep inner work.
Who are your customers?
I specialize in helping women untangle cultural biases, restore clarity, and embrace mission-driven leadership that disrupts norms with integrity and intelligence.
What was your background prior to starting your own business?
I founded and still own and operate an E100 award winning business: Tampa Counseling Place, LLC. This is an integrative mental health group practice that values accessibility.
What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?
Building on this transition, my next focus brings my expertise in sociology and psychology into the entrepreneurial space. I will help business owners build frameworks that prioritize the health of their teams and relationships. By guiding entrepreneurs to integrate these human-centered strategies, I aim to support the growth of healthier, more successful organizations.
What is your top productivity tip?
I love to block off periods in my schedule with no planned tasks. This "sabbatical for my brain" can sometimes lead to creative breakthroughs for me.
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
I wish I understood the significance of understanding my target audience at different levels and from every angle.
What's the one app on your phone you absolutely cannot live without and why?
YouVersion App is my go to app daily. It provides me with the daily inspiration I need to kick-start my morning!
