Natasha Caballero is a founder, author, and coach behind Natasha Caballero LLC, where faith, creativity, and family life intersect. Her work supports women and parents through books, mentoring, and purpose-driven brands designed to bring clarity and intention to everyday rhythms.

Are you a mamaprenista?

I am! And I think one of the best advice is that it's all about perspective. I believe it is important for your children to see you use your talents and abilities to give back into the world. That the work you do alongside being a mother is a full reflection of the woman you are and the leader they can aspire to be. The "work" doesn't take away from mothering because seeing you accomplish is a part of them learning too.

Take us back to when you launched? What was your marketing strategy?

Initially, my marketing was entirely organic and relationship-driven. Word of mouth, paired with student recitals and performances, consistently brought in new clients and allowed the business to grow naturally.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Not exactly. I didn’t always know I wanted to be an entrepreneur, but I quickly recognized that my skills—coaching, relationship-building, and self-direction—naturally aligned with entrepreneurship. Over time, building something of my own became the most fitting expression of how I work and serve others.

What accomplishments are you the most proud of to date in your business?

I’m most proud of building something that has grown beyond me—work that supports families, offers a needed perspective, and creates space for others to grow and thrive.

What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?

That it's ok to learn as you go.

What did you go before starting your own business?

Before launching my business full-time, I was self-employed as a one-on-one piano coach right out of college, alongside working in intentional sales. Those early years shaped my ability to build trust, guide individuals, and sustainably grow a service-based business.

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

I was drawn to entrepreneurship for the flexibility it offered, but I stayed because of the fulfillment I felt watching my students grow and excel. That combination made the leap feel both practical and deeply purposeful.

Do you have any recent wins?

Some of my biggest wins include publishing several books, completing an extensive coaching certification, launching a faith-based women’s clothing line, and continuing to homeschool my three boys while maintaining a flourishing music business.

Who are your customers?

My customers are women and families navigating full seasons of life who value meaningful support, creative resources, and guidance that integrates faith, family, and work.

What's your top productivity tip?

I get really good at breaking big tasks down into smaller steps and scheduling when to do the little things that eventually add up to completing the larger task at hand.

What's your favorite business tool?

I don't rely on any one tool - my favorite "solution" is creating systems that fit my way of working. Staying organized and intentional allows me to juggle books, coaching, and my businesses while keeping everything running smoothly.

What's your approach to work-life balance?

My approach is more flexible, while there is a time block structure to my days - the focus of each time block between work/family/the home a good amount of quality time.

How do you avoid burn-out?

I honor my energy levels, and frequently pour into myself in ways that give me peace and clarity. A monthly nail day, a weekly gym class, daily journaling.

What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?

That we are all on a journey, experiences various seasons of pruning, preparation, growth and harvest - all in our own lane, yet somehow our present is both another persons past, and another persons future. Life is not a competition, we all have our own path to trail.
