Noelia Cole Found Her Voice and Grew Her Business

June 25, 2026

For years, Noelia Cole kept herself small on purpose. She had left the corporate marketing world, signed her first client, and convinced herself she could not scale. She worried that taking on more business owners would upset the client she had, so she never marketed herself at all. She worked on referrals alone, and people loved what she did enough to keep her booked through her personal page.

Noelia Cole is the founder of Noelia Cole Marketing, where she works as a marketing partner for women-owned businesses, using data and strategy to help them grow online without burning out. A member of the Entreprenista League, she spent nearly a decade building quietly before this year, when something shifted. She stopped staying small.

"Don't keep yourself small," Noelia says.

Here is how she found her voice and let her business grow with it.

The reason she started

Noelia did not grow up dreaming of being a founder. Her parents came to this country to give her and her siblings a better life, and as a kid, her ambition was practical: make enough to take care of them and help them retire. Building a business of her own felt like a separate question, one she was not sure she would ever answer.

The leap came from what she saw in the work. About 10 years ago, social media was still new, and most small businesses were not using data to understand it. Noelia wanted to help them read what their followers and ideal audiences were telling them. That was the opening she stepped into.

The fear of being seen

The early caution ran deep. Noelia did not just hold back on marketing for strategic reasons. She held back because she did not feel she belonged in the room.

"I was staying small for so long because I felt I needed to," she says. "I felt like I didn't deserve to be in the same room with others that were successful."

That belief shaped how she ran the business for years, keeping it small enough to feel safe.

The year everything changed

This year, the story turned. Noelia worked with a business coach and reached a new high for her business, and she names the real win plainly. It was finding her voice.

"This year that has changed for me," she says. "The clients I have were once a dream and now they are reality."

Her brand voice is the accomplishment she is proudest of, because it means her message is landing. People see her messaging, understand why it matters, and value what she does. Some clients have stayed with her for three years or more. Others leave, try other marketing partners, and come back.

Who she works with

Noelia's clients are passionate women business owners who are ready to nourish their audience online. She is deliberate about the culture she builds around that work, starting with the people she hires. Her go-to interview question is simple: what are you passionate about?

In marketing, she has found, passion changes how someone shows up for a client. She is clear that it does not mean working endless hours. That is not the culture she is trying to create. As a mamaprenista, she protects family time the same way, with weekly family nights and quality time built into the calendar, even when it is only 30 minutes.

What's next

Noelia is keeping herself open to possibilities she once thought were out of reach, and that includes the idea of building software down the line. After years of deciding what she could not do, she is now letting the question stay open.

The throughline of her advice is the lesson she learned the hard way. Do not keep yourself small.
