With over 15 years of experience in product development and global sourcing across fashion, beauty, and wellness, Allyse has led multi-million-dollar product lines and scaled brands from early-stage to nine-figure growth.
Her career spans leadership roles at companies such as Macy’s Merchandising Group and Trafilea Group, where she oversaw product innovation, manufacturing, and international supply chains. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of formulation integrity, consumer behavior, and the gap between marketed “clean” beauty and truly effective, non-toxic solutions.
