Jenica Norris

Strategic Sound Consulting

Jenica Norris spent twelve years leading operations at Microsoft, Zillow, and T-Mobile, building systems for teams that couldn't afford dropped balls. In that work, she recognized herself: capable people filtered out by systems never built for them. She was one of them, so she built The Rebel Method, the framework she wished she'd had. She's also legally blind and AuDHD. Neither is a credential she lists and moves past. The operations background is why she diagnoses before she prescribes. Being legally blind and AuDHD is why every system has to survive a bad day, not only a good one. The Rebel Method runs on one sequence, in this order: Clarity, knowing what actually matters instead of what feels urgent. Energy, designing work around how the brain operates. Momentum, progress that holds on low-focus days without white-knuckling. Skip a phase and the business stalls. Jenica holds an MBA (UW Bothell), two bachelor's degrees from the University of Washington, and certifications as a PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Change Management Practitioner. She founded Strategic Sound Consulting in October 2024 to bring that rigor to ADHD and neurodivergent founders stuck in chaos, burnout, or inconsistent execution.
