Pamela Fritz

Savy Resources Inc.

Pamela Fritz, SPHR, is a leadership strategist, human capital expert, and Founder & President of Savy Resources Inc. She helps small and mid-sized business owners build stronger leaders, reduce turnover, and create workplace cultures where people and businesses can thrive. Having spent more than two decades leading teams and 16 years building her Human Resources career across Fortune 500 retail, distribution, manufacturing, and high-growth entrepreneurial organizations, Pamela has seen firsthand the impact leadership has on employee engagement, retention, and business success.

Those experiences inspired her to create the Company CAR™ Framework: Communication, Accountability, and Recognition, the three systems she believes every organization needs to run effectively. Through Savy Resources University, her 26-week leadership development program, Pamela equips business owners and leaders with practical tools, training, and support that help them become more confident, self-sufficient leaders while reducing the need for costly outside consulting. Known as a Leadership Maintenance Mechanic, Pamela helps organizations tune their people systems before small issues become expensive problems. Her mission is simple: help leaders build teams that people want to join, stay with, and grow alongside.
