A Note From Tracy I was a single mom on food stamps with an eight-month-old on my hip, and the distance between the life I was living and the one I could feel coming felt impossibly wide. What closed it wasn't more strategy or more forcing, it was the slow, real work of becoming the woman who already had what I wanted, at the level of my identity and my nervous system. That is the whole of what I teach now, and it is why The School of Becoming® exists. I built this for the woman who has already done so much of the work, the therapy, the coaching, the books, the practices, and still feels herself spiral in the moments that matter most. There has never been anything wrong with her. What she needs is the one piece almost no one teaches, how to evolve who she is so success finally feels like relief instead of one more thing to manage.
