How much power do we really have? Could having the life you want be as simple as manifesting it? Brooke Budke, Vice President of Marketing at TITLE Boxing Club — a fitness club with 60,000 members in nearly 200 locations and the mission of providing the best hour of someone’s day— believes in that power. She fulfilled her own goal to move from working in sterling silver jewelry to being the director of marketing for a fitness brand by her 30th birthday—exactly on her 30th birthday. And she hasn’t stopped there. Brooke joins Socialfly Co-Founder Courtney Spritzer for a conversation about building her business and career, and describes her journey to success. Brooke shares why she holds such pride from impacting the brand’s core values and mission, and the goal to help one million people improve quality of life; why it matters to include more people in research than you think you need to; the daunting nature of franchising and great ideas that can result; the impact of cartwheels, the power of vision with her word of the year; the power of note taking; a breathtaking wedding story; and why discovering what kind of a car you would be—if you were a car—is so useful. Plus, a surprise!
