Melissa Facchina is the Founder and CEO of Siddhi Operations, an outsourced operations firm devoted exclusively to providing knowledge, execution and support for emerging food & beverage brands. Melissa grew up in the food & beverage business and at 30, she left the family business to start her own company. A move to New York City saw her launch a business using her core skills in food and manufacturing to fill the gap for healthy brands. Siddhi Operations is now the premier outsource operating partner to emerging CPG, supporting 30 + businesses. Married with 2 children, Melissa manages all of her companies remotely.
Today Melissa joins us to share her journey from her first job when she was 11 years old in a family business to founding multi-million-dollar companies in 2020. We discuss the tactics she used to get her voice heard in a male dominated industry and how she has invested in herself and her team to maximize productivity and support. Melissa reveals how she managed to raise $55-million in her new Venture Capital project in record time in the most challenging year for all. Courtney Spritzer is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, author, and community builder with a passion for creating brands and platforms that empower women to lead, grow, and thrive.
