“Try to help them understand why we're doing what we're doing and let them see how it's going to benefit them in the long term, why we have to be compliant, why we have to be profitable, why we need to market our business. And really talk to them—always going back to what we called in school the ‘Three Legged Stool.’ So, we're always trying to balance profitability, access, and quality care.”
