Today, Billéis a keynote speaker, an author, and the founder of Follow the LeadHer, a coaching agency aimed at empowering women to align with their authentic selves beyond societal expectations. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Billé has honed her skills in transformational change, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusion. In her work with Follow the LeadHer, Billé uses Neuro-linguistic Programming to help clients overcome negative thoughts and limiting behaviors in order to foster a life of authenticity and purpose.
