The Entreprenista League Membership Agreement

Welcome, and thank you (“you” or “Member(s)”) for your interest in becoming a member (“Member”) of the Entreprenista League, administered by Entreprenista Media, LLC (“Entreprenista,” “we,” “us,” or “Company”). This Membership Agreement (“Membership Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and Entreprenista regarding your use of the Service and your Membership. Please read the terms of this Membership Agreement carefully before purchasing a Membership (described below). Please note that our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are incorporated into this Membership Agreement by reference, so please read them carefully as well. 

Your application for Membership, your creation of an Account  and/or your access to and use of the Membership-related Service or Services (as defined in the Terms of Service) constitute your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement without change, including the Automatic Renewal, Payment, and Cancellation terms set forth below.

DESCRIPTION OF MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM; ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION PROCESS.

The Entreprenista League membership program (the “Membership Program”), includes access to and the ability to participate in the Entreprenista League virtual community platform, as well as private networking events, discounts and perks and educational content and additional Services (as defined in the Terms of Service) that may be modified at any time.  To be clear, our Membership Program is considered part of our Services, so all terms and conditions listed in the Terms of Service that apply or refer to a Service or Services will include the Membership Program, unless we specifically state otherwise in this Membership Agreement.

Membership. 

To apply for a Membership, please visit https://theleague.entreprenista.com/ and complete the application questions. Once your application is approved, in Entreprenista’s sole discretion, you will be a Member and this Membership Agreement will govern the terms and conditions of your Membership. 

Eligibility Requirements. 

In order to become a Member, you must (a) be at least eighteen (18) years old; (b) own a business or plan to start a business; (c) be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction; and (d) not be a person barred from applying for or participating in the Membership Program or otherwise using Services under the laws of the United States, your place of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction. By applying for Membership, you agree that you meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth in this Section and the Membership Agreement. We may still refuse to let certain people access or use the Membership-related Services, and we may change our eligibility criteria at any time, in our sole discretion.

REGISTRATION

Generally. 

When registering an account to submit an application for Membership and access Members only Services (“Account”), you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information requested by the registration form (the “Registration Data”) and to promptly update the Registration Data thereafter as necessary to keep it current. You will be required to provide and keep a payment card or other digital payment method on file with your Account during your Membership unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Responsibility for Account Activity. 

Your Account is personal to you, and you may not share your account information with, or allow access to your account by, any third party You agree that you will be responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to monitor your Account to restrict its use by minors and other unauthorized users and agree not to share your Account log-in credentials with anyone. 

You further agree to notify Entreprenista immediately by email at membership@entreprenista.com of any unauthorized use of your Account or log-in credentials, or any other breach of the security of your Account and to exit from your Account at the end of each session. You agree not to create an Account using a false identity or alias or if you previously have been banned from using any of the Services. You further agree that you will not maintain more than one Account at any given time. Entreprenista reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or other property interest in your Account and that all rights in and to your Account are owned by and insure to the benefit of Entreprenista. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES BY ANYONE USING YOUR ACCOUNT WHETHER OR NOT SUCH ACCESS TO AND USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACTUALLY AUTHORIZED BY YOU. 

MEMBERSHIP FEES; 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD

All one-time and recurring fees listed in this Membership Agreement are valid as of January 12, 2026. We may change these fees, billing methods, and/or our acceptance of any payment method(s) at any time in our discretion subject to applicable laws. Please note:  by providing Entreprenista with your payment card information or other payment method information, you explicitly authorize Entreprenista to immediately charge the applicable payment method for all fees and charges due and payable to Entreprenista hereunder, including any Auto-Renew Fee (as defined below). You understand and agree that no additional notice or consent is required, unless required by law. 

One-Time Membership Initiation Fee.

Once you register and are accepted for Membership, we will charge a one-time Membership initiation fee (“Initiation Fee”). If you pay the entire Initiation Fee in one transaction (i.e. lump sum payment), the Initiation Fee will be $1,497 USD If you choose to pay the Initiation Fee over the course of twelve (12) months in individual monthly installments, the Initiation Fee will be $1,764 USD, charged and paid in twelve (12) installments of $147 each, to account for our additional processing efforts choosing this form of payment. In each case, we will charge the applicable amount to the payment method associated with your Account. For clarity, the Membership Program is not offered on a month-to-month basis; rather, we provide Members the option to pay the Initiation Fee in one lump sum or in twelve (12) installments. Therefore, as indicated below, even if you cancel your Membership before the applicable annual period is over, the cancellation will only be effective as of the end of that year and we will continue to bill you the remaining monthly installments.

30 Day Trial Period.

The first 30 days after purchasing a Membership are considered a trial period and we offer a 30-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee, subject to certain restrictions set forth below.

After becoming a Member, you must follow the Onboarding Checklist, attend a New Member Orientation, and introduce yourself to the Membership community. Up to 30 days after the Membership start date, if you have done the above and still feel Membership is not right for you, email us at membership@entreprenista.com, and we’ll give you a full refund of whatever portion of the Initiation Fee we have collected but only if you have not received promotion on the Entreprenista website or on any other Entreprenista-owned media channels. For example, if you have been featured or mentioned on Entreprenista.com during the first 30 days of your Membership, you will not be eligible for a refund. We know that by showing up and introducing yourself to the community, asking for what you need, and getting your business featured will lead to business results from partnerships opportunities, instant answers to your burning business questions, opportunities for increased brand awareness and so much more.

AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL AND RECURRING CHARGES

Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew at the end of each year of Membership unless you cancel your Membership as set forth in the “Cancelling Your Membership” section immediately below. Your Membership will continue until you cancel and we will charge the Auto-Renew Fee (annually or in monthly installments) as set forth in this Membership Agreement. Your authorization to charge amounts to your designated payment method is considered ongoing unless you cancel your Membership as set forth below.

 Therefore, and unless a Member cancels, at the end of the Member’s first 12-month period, and every year thereafter, we will charge a recurring non-refundable annual Membership fee  (the “Auto-Renew Fee”) which, like the Initiation Fee, renews your Membership for one year and can be paid in one lump sum or in monthly installments. If you pay the Auto-Renew Fee in a single lump sum, the Auto-Renew Fee will be $497 USD. If you pay the Auto-Renew Fee over the course of twelve (12) months in individual monthly installments, the Auto-Renew Fee will be $588 USD, charged and paid for in twelve (12) installments of $49 USD each. For clarity, and as with the Initiation Fee, the Auto-Renew Fee is an annual fee, not a month-to-month fee, but may be paid in twelve (12) installments.  Therefore, we will continue to charge your payment method for monthly installments, if that is how you are paying, for the remainder of the applicable year period, regardless of when you cancel. 

For further clarity, the Auto-Renew Fee does not apply to Entreprenista Lifetime Access Memberships valid as of January 12, 2026.

Auto-Renew Fee: Grace Period and Administrative Fee

As indicated below in “Cancelling Your Membership,” we require 30 days’ prior notice of your desire to cancel for you to avoid further charges. However, if your Membership automatically renews and you notify us within 10 days after the Auto-Renew Fee is charged that you would like to cancel, we will refund all of the Auto-Renew Fee that we have collected minus $49 USD, which we will retain as an administrative processing fee for the late cancellation. 

Auto-Renew Fee: Additional Terms 

Prior to charging any renewal, we will provide advance notice to the primary email address associated with your Account specifying the renewal data, the renewal term, the amount to be charged, and instructions for cancellation or adjustment, if any. As indicated above, your authorization to charge applicable amounts remains in effect until you cancel.   If you cancel before the renewal date, your Membership will remain active through the end of the then-current term (i.e., the remainder of the year, regardless of how you have paid or are paying the Auto-Renew Fee). You will not be charged for the subsequent term Unless otherwise set forth in this Membership Agreement or required by applicable law, fees for the current Membership term are nonrefundable and no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time. We may update Membership pricing or terms on a prospective basis. If we make material changes that affect your renewal, we will notify you in advance and provide instructions on how to cancel or manage your Membership before the changes take effect. If an Auto-Renew Fee charge is declined, we will attempt to process the charge again up to four times and will contact you on each failed attempt for updated payment details. Failure to update payment information will result in suspension or termination of Membership benefits if your payment isn’t updated after 30 days.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

In order to cancel membership, you must email us at membership@entreprenista.com and tell us you want to cancel. We must receive your email cancellation notice at least thirty (30) days before the end of each year of your Membership to avoid further charges. 

DISCOUNTS 

From time-to-time Entreprenista may elect to offer discounts or special offers to purchase Membership. Entreprenista does so at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide refunds to Members who paid a higher Initiation Fee or Auto-Renew Fee at a different time.

PRIVACY; NOTIFICATIONS

As indicated above, we will collect and use your Registration Data and other data and information you provide to us, as applicable, in connection with your Membership in accordance with our Privacy Policy, found at https://www.entreprenista.com/privacy-policy which is incorporated herein by reference. Please note as indicated in our Privacy Policy, we may share your information with our partners and sponsors for marketing purposes.

As indicated in our Privacy Policy, you agree we may contact you using any and all information you provided when signing up for the Membership with updates about your Account, renewal reminders, our regular newsletter, meet-up opportunities, any other opportunities that become available for our Members, and in connection with Your Content (as defined in the Terms of Service). You may opt out of our emails using the unsubscribe link in its footer anytime. 

Entreprenista uses Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) as its third-party service provider for payment services (e.g., card acceptance, merchant settlement, and related services). Stripe’s Privacy Policy is available here and may apply to some or all of the payment information you enter.   

USER RULES

All Members must comply with the Community Guidelines listed below. If a Member violates any of the Community Guidelines, their Membership may be canceled or suspended immediately by Entreprenista in our discretion.

Community Guidelines:

1. Please be respectful. We have zero tolerance for bullying or hate speech. 

2. No Spam of any kind will be tolerated; however, unlike many membership groups, we encourage self-promotion in designated places inside the community platform. That said, please refrain from spamming behavior and using ai generated content which can look like: posting repeat content in numerous rooms at once, overusing more general rooms – such as The Main Space  – when a more specific subject matter room is available, or sharing irrelevant links.

To ensure transparency and authenticity in our community, prior approval is required for posts that are part of paid promotions, affiliate partnerships, or blatantly leverage ai generated content. 

3. Paid Opportunities Must Be Transparent. We carefully vet paid opportunities shared inside our community. We highly encourage earned PR and partnership collaborations, but if you have a genuine, paid opportunity to share, it must clearly state the expected deliverables for the fee (including a breakdown of any guaranteed impressions), and a link to a legitimate sales page with clear terms. Posts lacking transparency or required details will be removed. 

4. Respect Everyone's Privacy. Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Using, selling, or sharing Members’ contact information without their permission is not allowed (e.g., you cannot add Members’ emails to your personal listservs). 

5.  What is shared in the group should stay in the group. Sharing screenshots, event recordings, or any other exclusive Entreprenista content outside of the group will not be tolerated and can result in dismissal from the community.    

6. And last but not least, have fun engaging with the community! The best way to get the most out of your Membership is to build relationships. Support and lift each other up, share guidance from your experiences, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. After all, that’s what a community is all about.

SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP; NO REFUNDS

Without limiting our rights under the Terms of Service, if you violate this Membership Agreement, including the above Community Guidelines, acceptably, we may suspend or terminate your Account and your Membership and prevent access to the Membership Program for any reason, at our discretion. 

We will not issue refunds to you if we suspend or terminate your Membership under this section. However, if you are paying the Initiation Fee or Auto-Renew Fee in installments, we will not charge you any additional amounts. We reserve the right to refuse to offer Membership to you or provide any Membership Program to you in the future. 

LEGAL DISPUTES

Please remember that Section 15 of the Terms of Service incorporated by reference also governs disputes arising under this Membership Agreement.

MODIFICATIONS

As indicated above, Entreprenista reserves the right to make changes to this Membership Agreement, including the terms that apply to purchases or returns, at any time. If Entreprenista makes a material modification to these Terms, we will attempt to notify you by displaying an announcement within the Services or by sending you an email, and you agree that you and we deem these actions sufficient notification of such changes, subject to applicable laws.
