How Caitlin Spears Turned Her Own Wellness Transformation Into a Community-Driven Lifestyle Brand
Meet Caitlin Spears, founder of Complete Lifestyle, a wellness, events, and lifestyle brand designed to help women feel confident, connected, and truly good in their bodies and lives. What started as health coaching rooted in her own personal transformation has evolved into a full ecosystem that includes community-driven events, a digital app experience, and her recently launched supplement company, Everybody Everyday. Caitlin grew up on a farm in a small town, spent years in modeling and content creation, and built everything you see today by showing up authentically online before she had a perfect plan.
Her philosophy is simple: wellness should feel fun, social, and sustainable, not restrictive or overwhelming. From large-scale in-person events to a growing digital community, Caitlin is creating spaces where women can show up as their most confident, aligned selves and leave feeling like they belong to something bigger.
Please share a brief introduction and your business:
Hi, I’m Caitlin Spears, founder of Complete Lifestyle — a wellness, events, and lifestyle brand designed to help women feel confident, connected, and truly good in their bodies and lives.
What started as health coaching has evolved into a full ecosystem that now includes community-driven events, digital app experiences, and my recently launched supplement company, Everybody Everyday.
Everything I build is rooted in my philosophy that wellness should feel fun, social, and sustainable — not restrictive or overwhelming. My goal is to create spaces, both online and in real life, where women can show up as their most confident, aligned selves.
Take us back to when you launched? What was your marketing strategy?
In the beginning, my entire strategy was organic social media. I focused on building a genuine connection with my audience — sharing my routines, my journey, and creating content that felt relatable and actionable.
I also leaned heavily into community — whether that was through challenges, DMs, or eventually in-person events.
Did it go as planned? Not at all — but in the best way. I didn’t have a perfect roadmap, but the authenticity resonated, and my audience grew faster than I expected. It taught me early on that connection is always more powerful than perfection.
Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
Not necessarily in the traditional sense, but I always knew I wanted freedom — freedom to create, to build something meaningful, and to design my life on my own terms.
Entrepreneurship became the vehicle for that. Once I realized I could turn my passion into a business, there was no going back.
What accomplishments are you the most proud of to date in your business?
I’m most proud of the community we’ve built. Seeing hundreds of women show up to events, connect with each other, and leave feeling more confident and inspired is something I don’t take lightly.
Creating something that brings people together in real life — in such a meaningful way — has been incredibly fulfilling.
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start — clarity comes from action.
I spent a lot of time early on trying to plan everything perfectly, but the biggest growth came from just starting, testing, and learning as I went.
When hiring, what is your go-to interview question?
I always ask: “If you were in my position, what would you do differently?”
It tells me how they think, how proactive they are, and whether they truly understand the vision.
Biggest hiring tip: hire for energy and ownership, not just experience. Skills can be taught — mindset and work ethic can’t.
What did you go before starting your own business?
Before starting my business, I was working in modeling and content creation, which gave me early exposure to branding, social media, and storytelling.
I also grew up in a very small town on a farm, which instilled a strong work ethic and resilience in me from a young age. That combination — creative exposure mixed with grounded discipline — really shaped how I approach building my business today.
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
It honestly came from my own personal transformation. I went through a season where I felt disconnected from myself — physically and mentally — and when I started prioritizing my health and mindset, it completely changed my life.
I began sharing that journey online, and as my community grew, I realized there was an opportunity to turn that impact into something bigger. I didn’t want to just inspire people — I wanted to create tangible experiences and tools that could actually help women transform their lives too.
Do you have any recent wins?
This past year has been a big expansion year. We’ve hosted multiple large-scale wellness events, grown our community significantly, and are in the process of launching new verticals — including our supplement line and digital app experience.
It’s been really exciting to see the brand evolve from just coaching into a full lifestyle ecosystem.
What's one app on your phone that you cannot live without?
Instagram — it’s been the foundation of building my community and business. It’s where I connect, market, and grow in real time.
It’s not just a social platform for me — it’s a core business tool.
Who are your customers?
My customers are ambitious, growth-oriented women who want to feel strong, confident, and connected — but are also balancing busy lives, careers, and relationships.
They’re the girl who wants to prioritize her health, build her dream life, and be surrounded by like-minded women doing the same. She values community, experiences, and feeling good just as much as she values success.
What's your top productivity tip?
Time block your day based on energy, not just tasks. I schedule my most creative, high-impact work in the afternoon when I’m the most awake and in my flow-state, and admin or reactive tasks for the morning.
I also live by the “top 3” rule — if I complete the three most important needle-moving tasks for the day, it’s a win.
What's your favorite business tool?
Honestly, my community is my most powerful business tool.
Everything I’ve built has come from listening — paying attention to what my audience is asking for, struggling with, and excited about. That real-time feedback has guided everything from my events to my programs to my product development.
On a more tactical level, I also rely heavily on email marketing. Owning that direct line of communication with my audience is something I see as long-term leverage, especially as the brand continues to grow.
What's your approach to work-life balance?
I think of it more as work-life integration than balance. My business is a huge part of my life, but I’ve designed it in a way that supports the lifestyle I want to live.
For me, that looks like blending work with experiences — events, travel, community — while still creating boundaries so I can be fully present when I’m off.
How do you avoid burn-out?
I build my schedule around things that give me energy, not just take from it. That includes workouts, walks, and time with friends — those aren’t extras, they’re non-negotiables.
I’ve also learned that burnout often comes from overcommitting, so I’m very intentional about what I say yes to. Not every opportunity is aligned.
What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?
Start before you feel ready and focus on building real connection over perfection.
You don’t need a massive audience or a perfect plan — you need consistency, authenticity, and a willingness to keep going even when things feel uncertain.
The women who succeed are the ones who stay in the game.
Caitlin's story is a beautiful reminder that connection is always more powerful than perfection, and that the boldest brands are often built by women who simply refused to wait until they felt ready. We are so thrilled to have her in the Entreprenista community and cannot wait to see what Complete Lifestyle grows into next.
