Samantha Fine, Founder of Samantha Fine Digital: Helping Female Founders Scale with Ads, Funnels, and Freedom

September 2, 2025

Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business

Hi, I'm Samantha, marketing expert, founder of Samantha Fine Digital, and mom to two little boys. I spent 15 years driving growth for some of the biggest brands in the world, but after being discriminated against for being a mom at what was supposed to be my dream job, I decided to take my career into my own hands. I started my first Ads Management company in 2020 helping female founders (mostly moms) scale their email lists and sales with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and high converting funnels. I am passionate about helping female business owners scale to multi-six and seven+ figures in a way that doesn't burn them out AND gives the the freedom to be the mom they want to be. I started my business because I believe all moms deserve to have the successful, fulfilling career/business we desire AND be the present moms we want to be, and I love helping other women accomplish the same.

Who are your customers?

Female founders who have a proven offer and are scaling to multi-six or seven+ figures

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

Prior to starting my business I helped drive growth for some of the largest brands in the world through digital marketing. I have worked at major agencies in NY and Chicago as well as client side. If you look inside your home you probably have at least one of the brands I have worked on.

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

I always struggled with finding women, specifically moms, who were in senior roles that had found a way to. manage their career growth AND be present for their kids. This came to a head when I was discriminated against at what was supposed to be my dream job...for being a mom (I was passed over for a promotion because "we didn't think you'd come back from maternity leave"). This led to taking my career into my own hands and launching my first ads management business in 2020. After two years I made the difficult decision to pause that business and take another corporate role, where I proceeded to work 60 hour weeks while pregnant, worked through a full day of contractions and gave a presentation the day before I was induced. After returning from maternity leave I knew I could not be the mom I wanted to be AND have this job, so instead of giving them my after hours time, I set boundaries and used post bedtime to relaunch my business, before going full time in my biz earlier this year.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

I always had ideas but I never knew what I really wanted to do, not until I realized that starting something on my own was the only way for me to have control over my time, my income and the work I was doing.

Take us back to when you first launched your business; what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

When I launched my first ads management business I was so inconsistent with my marketing, it's one of the reasons I was in constant hustle mode and ended up having to pause the business and take a corporate break. But the tactic that worked then, and that I have been consistent with since relaunching my business is networking and sharing my expertise with key audiences. Any time I present to a networking group I land discovery calls. I didn't start doing this consistently with my first business until it was too late but with this one, it has been a priority since the beginning and I really love doing it.

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?

When I started this business I thought I wanted to create a "passive" income stream and create a course. Between both iterations of my business I have tried launching 3 different courses or min courses... none of them got the traction I had hoped, which was incredibly frustrating since I was helping clients launch and scale their courses/offers. It took a long time for me to realize that (1) there is no such thing as "passive" income- there is a TON of work that goes into building a course and a funnel and maintaining it (2) A lot of people will tell you that you can make a lot of money on a course with a small audience but that's not really true... not unless you intend on spending money on ads, you need an audience to actually buy what you are selling (3) And this was probably the most important less for me... a course is not the only way to scale a 1:1 service

What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?

Being able to scale my business in a way that feels right for me. I once had a coach tell me that It's not my job to help someone afford my services, it's my job to show them the value it can bring. And while to an extent I agree with that, I also know the power that ads can bring to a business and that not all ad strategies work for all businesses. So many courses teach ads these days, but if that funnel isn't right for your business, it's not going to work for you. So instead of creating a course to help people who couldn't afford my managed service, I created a VIP Day, to offer custom 1:1 ad strategies and training so businesses can feel confident that they not only have their ads set up properly but also that they have the right ad strategy for their business needs and goals.

Do you have any recent wins from the last year that you'd like to celebrate with our community?

Through my networking I have been able to land 6 speaking opportunities with different groups. My 2026 goal is to have a speaking opportunity with different groups every month and to fill any gaps by. hosting my own presentations. Getting to 6 in just a few months (they are all between May-September) feels like a huge step in the right direction.

What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

Right now I'm focusing on growing my client business between my VIP Days, Ads Managed Service and consulting offers. My goal for this year is to book out my manged service and VIP Days and start to scale further with consulting offers into 2026 and beyond. I love being able to support female founders at various stages of business and I'm thrilled to have created offers that allow for that. I am also planning to increase my visibility through guest presentations, podcast guesting and maybe even starting my own podcast down the line.

What is your top productivity tip?

Batch content, client block hours and theme days. For a while I felt really overwhelmed with task switching. Once I was able to focus what I was doing on each day, creating space for client work throughout the week and setting boundaries around what days I take calls, I was able to be more productive and have more control over my hours.

On the flip side, how do you avoid burnout?

BOUNDARIES! Now that I'm full time in my business I no longer work at night or on weekends. I also try to be completely off my phone by 5pm (this may switch to 3pm in the Fall when my son starts Kindergarten) and on the weekends I switch from my business IG profile to my personal one.

What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?

I focus more on integration but try to achieve "balance" with the same ways I avoid burnout. Ultimately, there are goign to be some days I can give more to my business because kids are at school and everyone is healthy, and then there will be days where more hours are focused on my kids or stuff that needs to get done for the house, or even giving myself a Me Day. I used to think I wanted to work a 4 day week, and maybe someday I will, but for now, I find that integration works best by doing what I need to do, when I need to do it (and planning my weeks around that as best as possible).

What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?

Sharing your challenges will not make you seem less competent. I used to be in a group that had other ads managers, and since ads were my corporate background and I had many years more experience than they did, I was afraid to ask a question if I got stuck on something. But  in my corporate life, I had hundreds of people I could reach out to if I needed help or had a question, including my platform reps. Now I didn't, and by not leaning into that group I isolated myself. I am now part of a community for ads managers, and I have joined many other groups (including Entreprenista) to make connections and find others who I can lean on, and who can lean on me, as we navigate this entrepreneurial journey.

Are you a Mamaprenista? If so, please share your best advice for simultaneously managing a business and a family

Being a mom is a huge part of why I started my business. I have structured my business in a way so that I can be there when my kids need me and my business will not come crashing down. For my business, it's about boundaries, client expectations and being strategic with my time, while also having the right marketing tools in place so that I can still "show up" even when I'm not at my computer. This concept is also why I prioritize helping other mom biz owners create systems in their business that help them scale, grow their email lists, their sales, their visibility, wether they are at the computer, with a client, at the park, or in the pick up line.

What is your favorite business tool or solution and why?

Chat GPT! I am loving using Chat GPT and other AI tools for so many parts of my business. From helping me craft or repurpose content to drafting proposals, presentations, optimizing my time, etc. It's not a throw it in and it's done situation by any means, but it saves so much time!

What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?

Owning a business is hard. Having a corporate job where you have no control over your time, income or what you're doing is also hard. Choose the hard that is best for you.
