Constance Woo is the Founder of The Tax Renegade, a tax advisory firm for entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-performing individuals who want sharper positioning, thoughtful guidance, and detailed direction. With over a decade and 20,000+ hours of public accounting and tax experience at globally recognized Top 100 accounting firms, Constance has worked across complex business, individual, multi-state, international, and entity tax matters.
Her background includes client-facing advisory work, technical leadership, and helping develop and teach week-long professional education courses for national and international teams within a major firm. Throughout her career, Constance has worked on tax matters involving publicly traded companies, household-name brands, venture capital groups, high-net-worth individuals, and complex investment structures with extensive entity holdings. This experience gives her a deep understanding of how tax decisions affect both immediate compliance and long-term business positioning, from emerging entrepreneurs to large-scale organizations. Constance’s approach blends tax technical knowledge, business economics, and game theory—analyzing incentives, timing, risk, leverage, strategic moves, and impact within each scenario.
Through The Tax Renegade, she makes sophisticated tax strategy more transparent, practical, and actionable for clients who value informed guidance, strategic judgment, and a trusted advisor in the financial decisions that shape their business and long-term positioning.
