Jenica Oliver is a seasoned fractional Chief Marketing Officer who partners with emerging and mid-sized consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands to accelerate retail growth and build high-performing marketing teams. As owner of Blueprint Marketing Group, she provides strategic leadership and interim support that drives brand success and sustainable expansion.
Before founding Blueprint Marketing Group, Jenica sharpened her marketing and brand strategy expertise through leadership roles at major companies including Pizza Hut, Mission Foods, and Borden Dairy. She is deeply committed to championing small and minority-owned businesses, recognized as the 2024 WBE of the Year by the Women’s Business Council - Southwest and named High Growth Entrepreneur of the Year by The DEC Network.
Jenica actively supports the CPG community as Executive Director and Board Member of DFW CPG and holds leadership roles in several professional organizations. Blueprint Marketing Group is certified as a diverse-owned business by WBENC and NMSDC. Jenica balances her career with family life as a wife and mother of three and holds an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business and a BBA from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business.
