Nicole Lewis-Keeber, MSW, LCSW, ACC, is a licensed clinical social worker, certified coach, business therapist, author, and keynote speaker, and the creator of the Trauma Conscious Business® framework. In 2015, she started noticing a pattern across her clinical practice: capable, driven founders hitting the same walls, no matter how much strategy they applied. That observation grew into a decade of research and clinical work, and eventually into Trauma Conscious Business®, now used by over 100 leaders and coaches globally, along with the Emotional Operating System™, her four part method for tracing business patterns back to their root: Recognize, Reveal, Relief, Rewire. Nicole runs two businesses. Through her coaching practice, she works directly with founders generating half a million dollars and above who suspect their real ceiling has nothing to do with strategy at all. Through Insightful Work, her leadership coaching and training company, she brings trauma informed practices into Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and school systems. Nicole is the author of two books, including How to Love Your Business, and trained with Brené Brown's Dare to Lead™ team. Her work has been featured on NPR, in Fast Company, and in Medium. Her core belief guides all of her work: a business is a relationship, not a machine, and it deserves to be treated like one.
