Ulrika Gustafson is a certified Executive Coach (PCC) and former attorney who launched one of Sweden's first EU-law firms, served as Scandinavia's youngest female City Manager, and led through political warfare that would have ended most careers. She didn't just survive it—she secured a record settlement, navigated daily media scrutiny and illegal pressure as a public figure while leading organizational turnarounds in politically charged environments. She's founded five companies, lived in five countries on three continents and now works with senior executives who are capable, trusted, and quietly questioning themselves more than they should. Her clients include Managing Directors, General Counsels, COOs, and Chiefs of Staff at Fortune 500 companies. She also created Recalibrated, a 12-week program for women leaders and founders who are tired of performing confidence instead of actually feeling it. Her approach is direct, grounded in lived experience at the highest levels of leadership, and built on pattern recognition from rooms where power, loyalty, and timing all mattered at once. She doesn't coach from theory—she coaches from having been in the seat when one wrong move could cost everything. Ulrika splits her time between North Texas, northern Sweden above the Arctic Circle, and eastern Thailand. She makes a killer frozen coconut margarita and knows how to fend off curious brown bears.
