I’m Jeff Durham

Hi, I’m Jeff, co-founder and CEO of Gimme Beauty and Durham Brands. Over the past decade, I’ve helped scale our flagship brand into more than 23,000 retail locations across the U.S., including Target, Ulta, Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens.

What started with a handful of SKUs grew into a household brand by staying focused on connection, consistency, and building a product people genuinely love.

But for me, it’s always been about more than revenue or shelf space. I’ve seen too many brilliant founders, especially women, hit walls — not because they weren’t talented, but because they didn’t have access. Access to networks, to funding, to mentors who understand what it really takes to scale a CPG brand.

That’s why I created the CPGX Forum over 11 years ago to bring together leaders across our industry and help each other go further, faster. And it’s why I’m so excited to be supporting this Power Group.

As a husband and girl dad, I care deeply about helping women step into their full power. The drive, the resilience, and the innovation I see in women founders inspires me every day. I believe in creating spaces where women are not just included, but championed.

Is there any cost to participate?

No. If you are a member of the Entreprenista League and get accepted into this intimate Power Group of 15 people or under, the program is free, thanks to Gimme Beauty’s partnership. It’s part of their commitment to amplifying women-led businesses. However, if you are not yet a member of the Entreprenista League and you are selected, you will be required to first purchase a membership to accept your spot.

Do I need to be a member of the Entreprenista League?

While you do not need to be a member of the Entreprenista League to apply for this opportunity, all accepted applicants must be part of the Entreprenista League. If you're not already a member, we encourage you to book a call with one of our member success advisors so they can walk you through the easy process of joining.

I’ve already pitched retailers before. Will I still benefit?

Absolutely. You’ll learn how to refine your pitch, close gaps in your positioning, and develop stronger relationships with buyers and distributors.

When will the sessions take place?

The 90 minute sessions will take place weekly over Zoom starting the first week of September and go through the end of October. Details on the day of the week and time of day are coming soon.

What if I can’t attend all the sessions live?

Live participation is required. We understand that life happens and conflicts arise. All sessions will be recorded and shared along with notes and decks. We encourage you to do your best to be available for all 8 sessions to get the most out of the program and to ensure a good experience for the whole group.

What is the application process?

To apply to be considered for one of the very limited spots of 15 or under in this special Power Group, you will need to fill out this application to share more with us about your business, the current state of your production, and your goals for wanting to join the group. The deadline to submit your application is Thursday, July 31st. Everyone who applies will be notified if they were selected or not within the 2 weeks following the application deadline.
