Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business

I am an income + influence strategist who helps ambitious women and companies turn their influence into serious income. We help women entrepreneurs and podcast hosts create high value revenue streams like corporate contracts, corporate sponsors, high paid speaking gigs, major media appearances and lucrative book deals. We also help women leaders in midsize and large corporations to establish their thought leadership and improve their executive presence.

Who are your customers?

Ambitious female entrepreneur service provider, expert, speaker, or coach who earns at least $100k per year and female podcast hosts who have an expertise and are looking to make serious money from their show. Senior women leaders inside of corporations

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

Occupational therapist

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

I was "coaching" business owners before I knew it was a thing. After being asked to teach classes at church and having my brain picked more times than I care to count i discovered i was not only good at growing businesses I also had a knack for teaching it.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Yes. I have pictures of me as far back as the age of six having yard sales that were my idea!

Take us back to when you first launched your business; what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

It was unintentional for sure. I began just helping those who asked and the word spread like wildfire.

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?

Recognizing that with all of my visibility on stages around the world, media appearances and being seen alongside my celebrity clients it did not automatically translate into dollars. My main takeaway and the reason for my current business is that just because I had the mission and message for visibility i was still missing the method for true profitability.

What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?

Being featured in over 500 media outlets and having a top 3% podcast has been great, but the testimonials of the lives, and bank accounts I have changed, has been priceless.

What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

I'm in the process of securing a traditional book deal and I will continue to create communities for ambitious women to make life changing income. I have a goal to help create 1,000 women millionaires by the end of 2030.

What is your top productivity tip? 

Instead of to-do lists, create events on your calendar for tasks and treat them like doctors appointments, meaning be there on time and not focused on anything else during that time slot.

On the flip side, how do you avoid burnout?

Take breaks and watch reality TV lol

What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?

I don't believe in balance, but do believe in harmony so I give what needs my attention in the moment the attention it deserves.

What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?

That i do not have to succumb to outdated, masculine ways of doing and marketing my business!

Are you a Mamaprenista? If so, please share your best advice for simultaneously managing a business and a family

Yes. Some days your business will have more of your attention and focus than your family. It's ok and ZERO reason to feel guilty about this.

What's the one app on your phone you absolutely cannot live without and why?

My calculator....because I SUCK at math!

What is your favorite business tool or solution and why?

Castmagic. it saved me from giving up on my podcast right before I discovered it had grown to the top 3% in the world.

What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?

You can have it all; just focus on the RIGHT hard things, because almost all of it is hard.
