I’m Alyssa Arnold

Growing up in Houston with an entrepreneurial father, I was immersed in business building from an early age—a foundation that fueled my passion for helping others scale and succeed.

After graduating early with honors in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M, I dove into the energy sector, quickly realizing my knack for solving complex business challenges and building high-performing teams. Over the past 14 years, I’ve led organizations across engineering, operations, and strategic consulting, founding ATex Energy Consulting to deliver tailored solutions for small and midcap companies seeking sustainable growth.

As CEO of ATex Energy Consulting, COO of Bonjour Fête, Co-founder of Pearl Influential Capital, Strategic Advisor to Entreprenista, Board Member, and Investor, I’ve partnered with more than 40 early-stage businesses and advised founders on everything from business model validation to fundraising, operational optimization, and market expansion.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll work through a step-by-step process covering everything from defining your mission and business model, understanding your customers and market, crafting your unique value proposition, refining your revenue streams, building your go-to-market strategy, and strengthening your operational infrastructure. You'll also develop a financial plan and investor materials if you're seeking funding. Each week includes practical worksheets, guided activities, and opportunities for peer feedback. By the end, you'll have a comprehensive, actionable business model, a prioritized growth roadmap, and the confidence to present your strategy to investors, advisors, or your team.

What if I can't commit to all the weekly sessions?

Consistency is key to getting the most out of this program, but we understand that schedules can be busy. All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up on anything you miss and stay on track with the group. That being said, equal participation from all members of the group is essential to providing a valuable experience for all, so we ask that you make sure you will be able to prioritize most of the sessions before committing.
