A recent inductee into the Texas Women’s Hall of Fame, Chantell is a serial entrepreneur, investor, executive strategist, keynote speaker, and host of the Get Real. Get Results. podcast. As CEO of Preston Partners, she advises organizations on growth, strategy, and leadership, drawing on her experience leading multimillion-dollar healthcare operations across Texas and Nevada through complex industry change.
Chantell’s expertise spans founding, scaling, and successfully exiting multiple companies, including Mentis Neuro Health, which culminated in a private equity acquisition. Her work extends beyond healthcare as co-founder and co-owner of League One Volleyball San Francisco team and owner of The Dance Barre HTX, the largest privately owned dance studio in Houston, Texas. She also serves as Managing Partner of The Collectiv, a community-powered venture fund focused on expanding access and opportunity in sports and health technology investing.
Honored with the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Breakthrough Women Award, Chantell is a passionate advocate for authentic leadership. She is known for helping women break free from inherited expectations, reclaim their self-worth, and lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
