I’m Katie Miller, founder of KM Marketing Services—a narrative-driven brand house for female-founded brands ready to become more visible, connected, and conversion-minded. I’m equal parts storyteller and strategist, shaped by a unique background in theater (story) and luxury real estate (strategy). With over six years of experience elevating small businesses, I bring a human, story-first approach to branding, graphic design, content strategy, and thought-leadership visibility. I help brands tell their story for conversion—clarifying what makes them distinct and expressing it across digital and in-person touchpoints. My work spans brand identity, design, social strategy, community marketing, and visibility planning, all grounded in authenticity and intention. Beyond my studio, I’m deeply rooted in community on Seattle’s Eastside—serving on local boards, partnering with chambers, championing female entrepreneurs, and raising my two kids.
