Katie Miller is the founder of Portia & Cleo, a boutique marketing studio grounded in the belief that the most powerful brands are built on story. Based on Seattle’s Eastside, she partners with women-led and community-based businesses to refine their narrative, elevate their visual presence, and build brands that connect and convert.

With nearly a decade of experience, Katie is known for blending strategy, design, and storytelling to create brands that feel as aligned as they are impactful. A graduate of the University of Washington with a background in theater, she brings a narrative-driven lens to her work—helping founders uncover the deeper story behind what they do and translate it into clear positioning, cohesive identity, and meaningful audience connection.

Through Portia & Cleo, Katie works with founders who are ready to step into the next level of their business—building brands that reflect the true caliber of their work and position them as leaders within their industry and community.
