Annie Graziani

Sovera

Dr. Annie Graziani is the founder of Sovera, a research-driven workforce transformation firm grounded in a thesis her doctoral research supports: a company's people and its profits empower one another. For two decades she led large-scale organizational transformations across digital strategy and executive leadership. Her career looked like a prescribed definition of success to everyone around her, even as it began to feel like a trap, which sent her looking for a better way to work and live. Socializing the instincts among her peers led to became her dissertation topic at the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied how the modern workforce pulls against the multidimensionality of human reality.

Drawing on data across sectors, company sizes, and leadership levels, her work connects employee wellbeing directly to productivity and financial performance. She founded Sovera to put that evidence to work, helping founders and organizations rehumanize how work gets done without sacrificing results. Her approach rests on two channels: frameworks for organizational change with enterprise and small/medium businesses and frameworks for individuals seeking to gain agency over their life composition, covering eleven dimensions of a full life. Her work treats people as whole humans rather than replaceable resources. A certified executive coach, certified holistic life coach, and certified yoga instructor, Annie gives leaders what she had been observing for decades and finally put the work into practice with data to support its impact with hard evidence that there's a better way to work, and a partner who knows how to build it.
